Returns

  • We accept returns only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed in the same form as your payment method. Since we operate cash-on-delivery, refunds will be issued via cash transfer or as agreed with our customer support team.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been used.

  • Shipping costs for returns of defective or incorrect items will be covered by Esme Prepper.
